Trainings & eLearning
Workshops & training Programs
Hands-on experience to tackle complex emerging challenges in farming requires need-based workshops and training programs. Our core competencies in environmental soil and water management, plant nutrition, fertilizers, e-learning, research, and precision farming have led to the development and delivery of a wide range of courses and training modules. These courses in presidential or virtual format have been delivered to a wide range of audiences worldwide in English, Spanish and French.
Science education, evolving high school students to understand the collection and data processing, Belize
On-site guidance on the application of fertigation in sugarcane, Honduras
Protocols for the production of quality compost, Costa Rica
Workshop on environmental emergencies and remediation, Costa Rica
Course on linking field data recollection to data management analysis for better decision making, Costa Rica
Tailor made, low cost field diagnostics tools for soil, Belize
Virtual Resources On-Demand
Our goal is to emerge as a leader in the digital foundation for farming business and education. We envision building skills, expanding power and potential of our users. Yet, we want them to be grounded and purpose driven. We want them to master the scientific path, and the power of inquiry to support decision making. Our on-line real-time short courses, interactive videos, smart apps, and live connect are destined to diffuse presential and virtual boundaries.

Environmental Soil Management
Optimizing inputs application is key to soil health. Last decade has seen accelerated growth in science and technology. New technologies are emerging to assist us better understand soil properties and promote soil conservation. New generation real time sensors to measure soil physical, chemical, and biological properties are finding their ways in laboratories and fields. In the new realm of changing business landscape, technicians, field scouts, devoted extension agents, and agriculture service companies need to stay informed and prepared. This program is designed to deliver key aspects of soil management with emphasis on optimizing input application to enhance soil health, protect soil ecosystem and deliver high yields. (2-day workshop – 2 instructors)
Plant Nutrition and Optimized Fertilizer Applications
Participation in the Global Economy is not a myth: it is a reality of today. A big bulk of our agricultural products compete in the global market. Their quality is judged by country of origin, production practices, certification programs, and environmental and social footprints. Within this context this program is designed to deliver the concepts of soil health and plant nutrition. A healthy soil is the foundation for a healthy plant. It is extremely desirable that the participants understand the basics of plant physiology, soil, water, plant, and fertilizer analysis and their interpretations. An optimized input recommendation is a key to protect business, community, and the environment. (2-day workshop – 2 instructors)
Precision Agriculture and Data Management
Our goal is to treat each soil differently and to feed each plant separately. A large portion of the inputs that are applied to a crop is lost. Application of precision agriculture and proper data management can help smooth transition and guide us on the path of sustainability. A wide range of concepts, data collection and analysis techniques, mapping, relevant software is discussed in this program to optimize farm level resource management (3-day workshop – 2 instructors)
